Terms and Conditions
1. The general objective of the tournament:
Organizing a youth football tournament to promote sportsmanship, fair competition, and develop football skills.
Highlighting undiscovered talents in front of local and international clubs and academies. As well as highlighting the importance of sports in
Mental and physical formation of youth.
2. Registration conditions:
Age group from 15 to 17 years.
The team official must verify the players' ages using a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate.
All teams must be registered at least three weeks before the start of the tournament.
3. Team Formation:
Each team consists of 11 players (including the goalkeeper) with the possibility of registering 5 substitute players.
Player positions must be determined in advance as shown on the entry form.
Each team must wear a uniform with player numbers (uniforms are provided by the organizing committee).
A maximum of 3 players may be substituted before the start of the tournament based on force majeure and in coordination with the organizing committee.
4. Tournament system:
Teams are divided into groups (according to the number of registered teams).
Each group plays in a league system, where each team meets the other teams in its group.
The teams that finish first in each group qualify for the semi-finals, and the winners then qualify for the final.
In the event of a tie on points at the end of the first round, goal difference is used. If the tie persists, the head-to-head results are used, and in the event of a tie, the fair play rule is used. If the tie persists, a lottery draw will be used to determine the winner.
The Organizing Committee will determine the venues and match times and notify the teams at least one week before the start of the tournament.
5. Match rules:
The match lasts 80 minutes, divided into two halves with a 10-minute break.
In the event of a tie in the knockout stages and the final, penalty kicks are used directly.
Substitutions: 5 substitutions are allowed during the match.
The offside rule applies.
6. Penalties:
For a yellow card: A player receives a yellow card after committing a penal offence.
Accumulating 3 yellow cards will result in the player being suspended for the next match.
Receiving a direct red card prevents a player from playing in two consecutive matches.
Receiving a second yellow card during a match results in the player being suspended for the next match.
In the event of repeated violations by a team or player, or assault or attempted assault of the referee, the Organizing Committee has the right to take strict measures, including disqualification of the team from the tournament.
If it is discovered that players are registered with any club or academy, the team's results will be cancelled and it will be considered a 3-0 defeat in all its matches.
If the match is more than 15 minutes late, the opposing team will be considered to have won 2-0.
7. Team Obligations:
Commitment to match times and arrival at least half an hour before the match.
Maintain sportsmanship and respect for referees and competitors.
8. Supervision and arbitration:
Matches will be officiated by referees approved by the organizing committee.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for the overall supervision of the tournament and resolving any disputes.
9. Awards:
Man of the Match for every game.
A championship cup for the first-place winning team.
Medals for the first and second-place winning teams.
Best Player, Best Goalkeeper, and Top Scorer awards.
The ideal formation for the tournament.
10. General controls:
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend the regulations as necessary to serve the interests of the tournament, provided that the teams are notified of the amendments before the start of the matches.
By registering teams for the tournament, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
